Probate Bonds are frequently required by courts when an Estate for a deceased person is opened, or for guardianships. 
The bond is an instrument used by the court to provide financial backing of the Executor or Guardian in the 
event that the assets of the estate are misspent.

in your office without prior approval in most cases.
